Mortgage and Finance Administrative Assistant
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Databases and software systems.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Accurately input and manage client information and financial data into relevant software.
Organise and maintain physical and digital files in an efficient and systematic manner.
Retrieve and update documents as needed, ensuring confidentiality and security.
Conduct phone communication with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.
Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups as directed by the Mortgage and Finance Broker.
Provide general administrative support to the Mortgage and Finance Broker in day-to-day tasks.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle office supply management and procurement.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in maintaining office efficiency by implementing and improving administrative processes.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Mortgage and Finance Broker.
