Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Databases and software systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Accurately input and manage client information and financial data into relevant software.
  • Organise and maintain physical and digital files in an efficient and systematic manner.
  • Retrieve and update documents as needed, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Conduct phone communication with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups as directed by the Mortgage and Finance Broker.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Mortgage and Finance Broker in day-to-day tasks.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle office supply management and procurement.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in maintaining office efficiency by implementing and improving administrative processes.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Mortgage and Finance Broker.
