Colleagues join fellow Harbour Exchange residents for a summer celebration featuring live music, refreshments and team activities.
PEN Group colleagues joined fellow building residents for a summer Hoedown event at Harbour Exchange in Canary Wharf on 31 July 2026.
Organised by the HX1 facilities team, the lunchtime celebration brought together employees from different organisations based within the building for an informal afternoon of entertainment and social activities.
Bringing Colleagues Together
The event featured live music inspired by the American South, alongside refreshments including hot dogs, vegan options and mocktails.
A selection of oversized games also provided entertainment, encouraging friendly competition and giving attendees an opportunity to enjoy activities outside their usual working routines.
The gathering created a relaxed environment for colleagues to meet, socialise and connect with others working within the Harbour Exchange building.
Building Workplace Connections
Events such as the summer Hoedown provide opportunities for colleagues to develop relationships and enjoy shared experiences beyond their regular responsibilities.
